Hi. First of all, welcome to my website. For those of you who were familiar with my original site, you won't be surprised at the black pages, unusual fonts, and spooky animations. For those of you who found my name and articles on Christian sites throughout the web, the black pages and spooky atmosphere of this site may come as a shock -- but not when you consider that black pages and spooky animations are appropriate for the subject matter this site contains. Now, about me: Despite the fact that I love to write Romance, my true story Betrayed by Her Guardian Angel is what I'm known for: that, and my former work with victims of demonic harassment. My first exposure to the occult came when I was seventeen years old. My Geometry teacher purchased a Ouija Board and asked me to use it with her. Neither of us believed in spirits at that time. We thought that if the planchette moved to spell out a message, it would be our subconscious minds pushing it. We couldn't have been more wrong. Later, when I was a sophomore in college, my professor made an assignment to write a paper on the workings of the subconscious. I found a book in the library written by a psychiatrist who said one could contact his or her subconscious by one of two methods: a pendulum for yes and no questions, or automatic writing. I shudder to think how many college students were introduced to the occult through this psychiatrist's writing. You can find an account of my automatic writing experience in my book Betrayed, which is a free download from this website. Years later when I was married and had a son in Junior High, I went to a psychic who told me my son's life was in danger and my spirit guides were trying to warn me. I had never heard of spirit guides, but if my son's life was in danger I would have done anything to protect him -- even it it involved talking to a spirit. Following the psychic's advice, I surrounded myself with an imaginary white light and spoke to the air: "If there's a spirit of light who wants to talk to me about my son..." The rest is history: After seven years as my
constant companions, my guides turned against me and revealed their
true identity -- not as the spirits of light they'd claimed to be,
but as demons; spirits of darkness. Working with harassment victims six to eight hours a day, it was inevitable that this would take its toll on my health and family life. Something had to give. That something was my former website and my ministry. If you've read Betrayed, you may wonder what became of Katy, the woman who was instrumental (along with my husband and son) in talking me into writing Betrayed, and who stood by me offering moral support through daily e-mails every step of the way. When Betrayed was finally finished, I wrote Katy an e-mail to tell her. She wrote back and said "Halleluia." And that was the last I heard from her (until ten years later). Though I called the police and hospitals in her city, no one knew what had happened to her. I called and wrote e-mails, but was unable to reach her. Finally I gave up on ever hearing from her again. Then six months ago Katy came back into my life. She said that shortly after hearing that Betrayed was complete, my phone number disappeared, her computer broke down, and she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Due to her illness, she had lost her job and was now on state disability. She had lost all strength in her muscles and was tripping and falling on a daily basis -- some falls resulting in serious injury. But now that we were finally in touch again, she didn't want to talk about her illness. She wanted to know what had become of Betrayed. I told her there have been more than 200,000 downloads since I put Betrayed on my website, and she was thrilled. She was disappointed to hear that it's no longer in print (and that I no longer have any copies I could send her), but is looking forward to downloading it when she gets another new computer. When I heard that Katy had been diagnosed with M.S. so soon after the completion of Betrayed, I was certain this was retaliation from demonic forces for the fact that she'd been so instrumental in getting my story "out there." She agreed that this was a distinct possibility. When I addressed any demonic spirits on her behalf who had given her the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis, there was a huge manifestation. Together, through God in Jesus' name, we cast the spirits away. I then addressed each of her symptoms individually, and spirits continued to manifest. It took two hours to work our way through all of her symptoms and the spirits who were causing each of them. But by the time we were finished all her symptoms were gone. Katy no longer has M.S. As a matter of fact, she's feeling fine. Things have now come full circle, and we're best of friends once more, talking on the phone for hours at a time. I'm not saying or implying that all M.S. is caused by demonic spirits. But in Katy's case, that was the cause. I thank God she finally found my phone number and got back in touch. And I am so thankful to God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit that the spirits that caused it are out of her life. Although I do not currently work one-on-one with harassment victims on a regular basis, I do answer all e-mails.
